How Our Projects Work:
Design- We work with several different Kitchen Designers that we like to draw upon to start the design and cabinetry selection process. We will work together with the Designer and yourself to put together a plan that will meet and exceed your expectations. The Kitchen Designer will not cost you money as long as you purchase from one of their many product lines. They offer many cabinet lines to meet any budget.
Estimating- Once the first-draft-design has been approved we will submit a detailed written estimate for you to review.
Planning- Once the project receives approval, we will begin planning the logistics for the entire duration of your project.
Meetings will also be scheduled with the appropriate tradesmen prior to the build process for detailed pricing, and applications for required building permits will be submitted.
Build- We begin construction while we carefully manage the sub-contracted tradesmen in tandem with our own schedule so that project continues on schedule and on budget.
Tradesmen- Trade work (Plumbing, Heating & Electrical) takes place during the build and their respective work is managed through attentive oversight.
Completion- Once the project comes to completion, we will schedule a final walkthrough with you and ensure that all your needs and requirements are met. Of upmost importance to the three of us, though, is that we exceed your expectations and we leave you with complete satisfaction, Remember, we want you to call us again and we want you to tell everyone what is was like to work with us.
NOTE: Only the plumbing, heating & electrical trades will be sub-contracted out. Chris, Ben & Myself will personally be working on your project. We are the Owners and we will do the work.
